BTW, they do look nice, if they were DBE or static/ratchet in the same size on the wrench then I might have a go. But honestly I've never been much of a ratcheting wrench kinda guy...

This is complete bull nothing will ever beat the quality and design of a Snap On wrench. Using Snap On alone raises your mechanical abilities by 40%...

They are nice. I like the thick beams. It's great that they're finally widely available. However, It's been well over a year since they first appeared which is plenty of time for a different version to be launched. :D

Whatever happened to adapting the X frame ratcheting mechanism into a drop in cartridge that would upgrade all SK professional series ratchets into the ultimate fine tooth ratchet:dunno:

I recommend it, they are as smooth as butter!:rocker:
I'm allergic to butter. My BOER flex are far more useful and have more SuperErKrome.Longer. Flex. Reversible too.;)
Those are WAY more **** in one of those 10 foot long boxes of no fingerprint "tools" though.I like those star trek cutouts. It must make them faster !

I've been on the S&K truck around here don't get me wrong there nice, but

I don't own any non flexhead ratcheting/ open end wrenches.

I just don't see the point of them? There a cross between an open end which in my op are almost useless by today standards unless your in hydraulics ect.... and if your not 99% of us all ready have sets of reg combination wrenches with open ends so why do you need another set of them.

and my second thought...
Ratcheting wrenches are designed for speed and access and nothing gives you access like a flex head wrench or Ratchet for that matter... and if you cant get it with the Blue point Flex head then it is most likely gonna require an open end or maybe even a crows foot...

The Reversibility is just a bonus

for refrence
BOERF(m) Bluepoint Reversible Flex head / open end (stubby or Reg)
XDHR(m) Box and ratcheting (super long)

Best of luck with them. It looks like the open end part is a little bulky for me. It could be just the picture. Now go forth and purchase a set of Snapons and your sins will be forgiven.

can somone measure the outside diamter of the 10mm?

we were puttin up the numbers in another thread on ratcheting wrenches.

(The best wrenches for access these days seem not to be the usual suspects.)
