I am torn between boxes looking for some opinions

I have looked at the us general 56 box @700 at harbor freight

I keep looking at the tool Vault 56 from strictly tool boxes @ 1025

I have the cash for the cheaper box I really don't for the tool vault but I could charge it and pay on it I guess

I am just not sure what to do

I really like the tool vault 72 in the green or orange but I don't have 2 grand and don't see getting that much money anytime soon.

There'll be much better after the sale service from Strictly Tool Boxes, if that's important to you. It would be to me.

I bought the HF 56 about 1.5 years ago and an happy with it, especially for the price. Recently bought the top box for it, looks impressive for a home shop to mess around in and has done what I need it to do.

I am always confused when people say that. I have owned a number of tool boxes over the years and exactly what kind of service do they require?

Other than damaging the box which is my fault I don't know what they would service?

I have seen both. I went with tool vault 3pc combo. IMHO it's made better. I was also offered a deal I couldn't say no to which was cheaper then then HF set plus a locker that HF doesn't sell for there 56 so that helped lol but when it came in I was glad I went that way. There very nice people to deal with as well. It was dropped off in my garage so I didn't have to worry about all that either. Packaged very well.

Only down side I can even think of is I wish the handles where polished aluminum and the PC was little thicker. Other wise it's a very good unit.

My Wife bought me a HF 56" for Christmas in 2013...

It does what I need it to do...

When it's on sale for $ 699.99---

Jump all over one of them...

You will not be disappointed...

Or...

For roughly the same money as the Tool Vault 56, you could the HF 56" Roller Cabinet, AND the HF 56" Top Chest...

Or...

For roughly the same money as the Tool Vault 56, you could get a HF 72" Roller cabinet...

Decisions, decisions, decisions...:headscrat
