Looking for a plan for a slopped lot. Want to put like 4 cars in the top. This is the road level. I then want some sort of a garage to fit a small tractor and lawn mowers etc which would drive into the lower level in the back. I see barns like this, not sure what support structure is needed for a garage?

Welcome to GJ.

Please put your location in your profile.

Do the following and I can design you exactly what you want/need.

I need a plan of your lot. Mortgage survey/legal description will do. Need to know the zoning and zoning rules. What jurisdiction are you in?

A Google earth shot of the lot including view from street level.

As many photos as you care to take and post.

What other uses are being made of the lot, or will be made in the future?

Something showing the slope and terrain would help.

Is there a residence there now?

Before even seeing anything, I will tell you this.

It is expensive to support cars above a space below. If at all possible it should be avoided.

So what you need to consider first, is the layout of the entire lot, rather than jumping into what kind of structure is needed for a garage above a lower level.
