Bifold door from barnplans.com?

Has anyone here build the bifold doors from the barnplans.com plans? https://www.barnplans.com/product.php?p=bifolddoors

They look like I would be able to get a better aesthetic than with an overhead door but I'm not sure how well they would keep out critters or rain.

Pass. Unless it's for an actual barn.
It'll never seal any better than an overhead door. And that's not a high standard!
It will not tolerate any concrete irregularities and sealing the 5 vertical seams would be very difficult. Vertical anything accumulates water.
