big 3/4 " snap on torque wrench or rachet ?

i dont really know what it is but its big and snap on. i found it in a semi truck i bought as scrap. it says snap on L72T usa. as far as condition its stuck prob just needs lubed but it dont work as of right now. i found a couple that sold for stupid money i think $100 would be a good starting point if its worth close to that to some one ill sell it.
