Big Charles Parker 69F Vise

I went to visit a commercial fab shop to purchase some old electrical motors tonight. In the process of looking through the motors I saw this Parker vise sitting on the floor underneath a set of shelves. And I bought it together with the motors. Has anybody here ever seen one of these before? It's a big boy. You can see it sitting on the dolly I used to wheel it into my garage.

I don't know anything specific but it is definitely big and old. You should post it on The vises of garage journal thread and The vise info thread. I don't see that model on the spreadsheet it would be a good addition.
