big crack help

hoping you floor guys can help me out. i have 2 big cracks that are uneven and missing a few chunks in my my shop floor. i am looking for a self leveling filler.

the shop i work at has some stuff they use that fills, levels, and holds up to constant Hilo traffic, but it cost around 300.00 for a 5 gallon bucket.
which is way more then i need or want to spend.

any thoughts on what i can use?

Why cant you use some of the stuff from your shop? Give them $20 buck for the amount you use. You can use a clean sand, and mix it up with the crack filler, to make a slurry. IT will use less filler, and help act as a binder.

i would if it was doable, but it's not.

Do you move heavy equipment, etc. around in it? Those are some pretty big spalls, so either some high loads or differential movement of the concrete? If high loads either:

1. Saw cut the patch perimters and chiesel out to maintain at least 3/4 inch depth throughout, and patch with a polymer-modified concrete repair mortar (Sika has a few).

2. Use an epoxy patching material.

the cracks are in the back corner, mostly storage. i want to seal and level them so i can roll things over them and prevent any moisture collecting in there and freezing making the problem worse.

I agree. Either a 100% solids epoxy surfacer with fumed silica mixed in around .75:1 per gallon or a cementitious mortar.
