Picked up a couple of Big *** Fans 30" Aireyes with wall brackets and NLA sealed dual controllers (timer on left, speed on right with 5 presets each). Everything works beautifully, but the cages need some cleanup, the blades a little too. Plan to keep a few and sell a few. Anyway, my question is--what's the best way to clean these without damaging anything, including the finish? Thanks for any help!

Remove the blades & cages and pressurewash with Purple power? If I was concerned about damage to the finish or electronics thats what Id do.

Sell them and let the buyers do the cleaning. When I find used items that have been cleaned, I always wonder what the seller is trying to hide. When I was looking for a used tractor, they were all in a row, and none were cleaned or detailed. The salesman told me they don't wash them before sale, so the buyers get to see them just as they came into inventory when traded.
I traded my work vehicle, which had been used hard. When I saw it on the dealer's lot after they detailed it, it looked like a new truck, but I knew it for what it was—a beat-to-death work truck with over 100K on the odometer.
