I have a 40'' 3/4'' drive flex handle, won't even come close to fitting in my tool box, even at an angle. Don't have a blow molded case for it, so I'm looking for a plastic box that would hold it alone without much room to spare. Don't like my tools sitting out in the open air. Can't find anything like what I'm looking for, maybe they don't even make generic boxes. Anything come to mind? Thanks

Make a tube case for it out of PVC pipe. A few years back I had to send a torque wrench back in for calibration and the plastic case was shot. I made a PVC pipe case for it and we've used it ever since. Just figure out how big a diameter pipe you need Cut it to length, put a cap and threaded insert in on it use some faom rubber at each end to dampen shock and youre good. Should be easy for a breaker.

Awesome idea. NEVER would've thought of that. So simple, too. I always overlook the obvious and simple things.

I really just need a wider tool box. Whenever I have that kind of money I always buy more tools instead of a tool box.

Back before I got a bigger box, I just hung mine on the end on a rack like a pry bar/long screwdriver. Same with my big Snap-on dead blow sledge.

Back when I had my 26" wide box, I installed some of those clips designed for holding broomsticks. Those held my two breaker bars nicely on the side of my tool box, though it does leave them exposed, which you mentioned that you weren't fond of.
