Ran the compressor through the break-in procedure today and attached all the high-flow fittings to run my impact. Did the foam cut-out and waiting for the rest of my 3/8 drive stuff to show up next week.

It's only $$$$

I'm going to warn you, that compressor is loud. Worse than most pancakes I've used. It puts out a good amount of air for the price though.

I left the garage while it was doing the burn in. I may build a sound box or wall to put it behind if it gets too bad.

You ain’t kiddin! My brother has that same compressor and I think you could still hear it if you put in the neighbors garage.

I plan on making a box of some sort that has Roxul Safe-n-Sound. Should cut down a lot of the noise. I don't have your unit and what I have has no "connection" for any muffler attachment.

What hi-flow connectors did you use?

Santa came late ? ? ?

I have it also. You are right. However, it works perfectly fine. I switched to a better air filter and some Amsoil compressor oil and it helped a little.

That compressor probably won't have the nuts to run that die grinder though. HF air tools are air hogs, that die grinder will SAY 4cfm, but it'll need more like 12cfm to run in a satisfactory manner. Good quality us made air tools typically consume 50% less air in my experience but still need a big compressor. I have 18cfm at 175psi and it ain't too much for tools like that.

I bought that seat...POS....it lost the swivel bearings the first month I owned it. I ended up attaching a piece of plywood followed by some different wheels.
