Well I'm glad I found this spot and would like to thank the administrator for maintaining this site.
My unit had been working fine until the other eve she stopped throwing the heat, the fan was still going for about an hour before I noticed the problem. I took the side cover off and found that I'm getting 5 flashes on the led. I get out the manual to try and figure out why the " gas valve is not energized but the flame is detected".
I thought I ruined the thermostat so I put a new one on, didn't help, can't seem to find any reset switches the manual talks about. Mabey they are invisible Not too sure. If any one could throw their suggestions out there that would be great, I've contacted MR. heater but am not expecting an answer till monday, and that will be tool late, I've got front end work to do on the truck Today. Thanks Sorry for typing so much, Thanks again.

I'm guessing here...if the error code is "gas valve is not activated but flame is detected", then that would suggest to me that the thermocouple that detects the flame has gone bad...and instead of breaking the circuit when the flame goes out, is remaining connected at all times. If you wanna throw parts at it, try a new thermocouple.

Well half the day is gone and I haven't got a response from the company. I didn't think I would, yet. But I'm patient and I'm not paying someone to fix it for me so I probably will try the thermocouple, Is that inside the gas valve regulator???

What I can't figure out is why when I put power to the furnace it doesn't start out as it had been for the last month. The fan starts as soon as I flip the breaker back and the led flashes 5 times, stops and repeats itself.

My new thermostat has an actual off position and it goes to less than -10 degrees so It shouldn't (fan) shouldn't turn on until I set the temp. Old thermostat didn't do this so It would be turning on all night. I didn't want that because it's been -50 here already and there is no point trying to heat the SOB all night long at that temp.

Thanks Lawfarm

I'm back in biznes. Got a new circuit board under warranty. Just took a while to get through to the right people. Christmas is a bad time to break down, ya know. It took a couple weeks to get here and me about 45min to install it, I ran it for an hour and it's mint again. Now if it would just get cold again and some snow would be nice too. It was like +5 today here and it should be -30 or -40 and the snow is almost gone WTF.

Glad to hear you are back in biznes, I had a problem with circuit board in that my ignitor would start the flame and would not stop, it just sit there and click away. They sent me a new board back then under warranty as well and it has been fine ever since. I leave mine on at 50* 24/7 with no issues and it sure is nice to have warm garage and cars.
