I bought a horizontal cat iii vent kit from Menards. It came with a rheem 4" appliance (9401RHM) adapter. It looks like its supposed to mount on the outside of the Big Maxx vent. Just not sure how to secure it? I've read that people here have used a different Saf-t adapter (9401ICP) that appears to mount inside the big maxx vent.
