Help, my big Maxx garage heater 50000 btu has died, been through many threads, tried a lot, nothing works. As soon as it calls for heat, goes immediatly into lockout. Was running fan and ignition earlier, but no gas. Powered down, got it out of lockdown. Now board shows normal until heat called for, then immediately goes into lockdown. Help!

We could use a little more to go on than just that. Gas type? Gas pressure? Induced draft? Natural draft?

Does the draft blower come on? Do you hear the ignition? If so, it might be a blocked orifice or a bad gas valve.

First try blower and ignition came on so it got passed pressure switch, could hear gas valve activate, but no ignition, no gas smell. Checked gas supply right to valve. I don't have a good way to check pressure. Only other trouble I have had(2 years) is the orifice on fan housing where pressure switch connects to would get plugged. Right now board shows normal, but as soon as heat called for it immedately locks out.
