big maxx mr heater ignites real loud

Sometimes it lights normally. Other times only the top burner lights and it takes 2 or 3 times to light. Then, it ignites loud. A large whoof!

Is there something I need to clean? Thermocouple, ignitor, etc.

I do bodywork in my garage and there's lots of dust so I take the side cover off and blow it out with compressed air pretty regularly. At one pint it was plugged up enough where the flames were not entirely contained in the heater tubes so be careful. I also blow out the fan / heat exchanger.

Mine is a machine shop, so I have oil smoke, solvent fumes and mist, and welding smoke constantly in the air.

I'll blow it out real good this weekend.
