No, no, no. That's a 1" drive, 4 1/2" hex socket.
We're talking about 4 1/2" drive, sockets up to around 12" hex.

I had mentioned that Snap On has socket sets up to 2 1/2" drive, 8" hex.

That's $4,285.00, and weighs something like 80 lbs.

Those 4 1/2" drive sockets must really be for that drain plug at the bottom of the Pacific, as they dwarf this thing.

At that price, you would be need to be paid 500K a year just so you could afford the tools.....
Good Grief

drain plug on some of the european oldtimers I used to work on (1940's and that era) use a 46 ... 54 mm mm drain plug. most of them are totally butchered up by using various types of visegrips, plumbing equipment or adjustable wrenches over the time.

People give me funny looks when I take a 3/4 inch drive wrench + 3ft extension under their car, just to change their oil...

If the 2 1/2 ratchet is 80 pounds it stands to reason that a 4 1/2 would easily top 100 pounds. We could very easily be talking 150 lbs. with that 12 1/2" socket on it. That's unreal. ID really like to hear what they're used for.

2 1/2" drive are often used on major bridge superstructure and skyscrapers. Also the massive earth mover that was pictured. But normally with that size drive, hydraulic units are used to lock them down.
