A guy from Big State called me a lot when I was contracting. His first few calls were ok, I wasn’t busy at the moment. I bought a Disston hole saw kit and some sawzall blades from him.
Later, I would be into a project & didn’t have time to talk. I asked him to fax or e mail me his offerings. He got snotty & said he didn’t have time for faxes. I said “take me off your list”. He later started calling again as if all was good. I hung up each time. Last call, he called again with a spoofed number & left a nasty voice mail.
I had already bought from him & would again if he had cooperated just a little. I am an easy customer in many ways. I will buy a certain amount just because I like you. Twist my arm, disrespect me & you lose me.
Been several years now. He may no longer be with them. I don’t recall his name. He would often call & say “”hey, do you recognize the voice?”.
