Hi all,
Recently I purchased some GarageDeck tiles from BigFloors.com. When received the tiles appeared to be good quality and are working great in my garage/covid office. One part of the experience was not as great and I am curious if others have had similar issues. As noted, I placed my order with BigFloors.com and almost immediately received an E-mail confirming my order with the total and order number indicated. About 6 hours later I received a 2nd email from "[email protected]" with the subject "SnapLock - Order Ack XXXXXX-SL, XXXXXXXXXX, PO# XXXXX" the PO# matched the number provided in my order confirmation so I didn't instantly discard the email as spam, the email body contained text:
Please find attached Order Acknowledgement XXXXXX-SL for your PO# XXXXX
Please review for accuracy and completeness.
Thank you for your business.
and included an attachment named ACK XXXXXX-S.GoSaVe the number i blanked as XXXXXX matching the XXXXXX-SL from above.
so not being familiar with a ".GoSave" file type so i googled and the feedback was:
"What is GoSave? GoSave is a program that comes to the computer in the form of an extension to the browser. GoSave hijacks popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. This potentially unwanted program, which comes without the user's knowledge, complete with free programs.Nov 27, 2014"
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
