I'm sticking a flexible braided line off the compressor to wall mount. Should I spent the extra $ bigger than 3/8"? Looks like I can go up to 11/16", but it will add up with the AN to pipe fittings. I'm getting the shortest precut hose (3 ft.)
Thanks!

I would run at least 1/2" for a garage, larger if you're piping up a larger shop. You don't really want a bottle neck right off the bat.

We probably need more details to give you a better answer.

60 gallon 5 HP compressor in a little 2 car. The flex line will eventually run to my "tree" on the wall with 3 lines (tool line, paint line, and blaster line). That's all I anticipate for now, but we all know how that goes.

A piece of 1/2 hydraulic hose makes an ideal line for this, already comes with threads, can get a swivel and are 10$ or so from a farm/fleet type store.

Im sure a parker store could also make whatever you want at a very reasonable price. and at whatever legnth also. The hydaulic line would be my second choice. Anything bigger than a 3/8 right off the tank
