Bill-from-Sonoma, CA introducing myself

I’d like to say hello to the garagejournal.com community from the “smoke filled” wine country of Sonoma Valley, Northern California. Our northern state is burning again and it is quite reminiscent of what our region went through back in October of ‘17.
I am new to this site. I discovered garagejournal.com at some point very recently. I have purchased my first 70’s era Wilton 1750. My intent is to help set-up my three grown children with some quality components for their home workbenches. This will be a work-in-progress!
Today, an item has crossed my radar screen. It was referred to as a “mint” Wilton 400SJ...dust cap included and accounted for! I saw the item while taking a look at another Wilton 3” Machinist model.
I would like to know if the community would recommend that I should seize this purchase opportunity (for myself) and not allow it to pass me by. I believe the seller to be interested in a mutually beneficial transaction. I have an old post vise that was given to me, and I’m inclined to suggest a bartering discussion.
Constructive suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated

Please excuse my absence. Have been putting out a bunch of ‘fires,’ as have all others, during our 24 mos. of this pandemic.
Have been able to check a few boxes on various Wilton “bigger-ticket” models since starting my collection…a 600S last fall, and an undated but believed to be early 80’s “government” C3 most recently. Already have C0 and C1, both in great shape and very serviceable.
I’m specifically in search of a C2 to complete the Combo lineup.
Any assistance in locating an available C2 for sale would be appreciated.
Thank you.

My introductory post requires editing…450SJ (not the nonexistent 400SJ) was the model that I was seeking input on. I was pleased to be able to acquire that model.
