Billings brand wrench

I have a "Billings" brand wrench that I would like to know the production date of. It is A 3/4 open end wrench with 604A stamped into it with 3/4 under that and on the other side it has "Billings" stamped in a crescent shape with made in the USA under that with a B in a triangle in the middle of that. The wrench is flat on the open end for approximately 5 inches then tapers up to a 5/8" round handle for approximately 10 inches making the wrench 15 inches overall. I cannot even find a picture resembling this wrench online.
Can someone please help me out? Tell me where or whom I might be able to contact for the production date of this wrench.

Your wrench is a billings-spencer, but in the 1920's the logo was changed to Billings.

Hmm, that sounds like a specialty wrench if it is that long but only 3/4".

If it is thin,there were such a thing as long tappet wrenches.

Its hard to say without a pic, but it sounds like you may be describing a spud wrench.

Oops, I missed the round part. That sure sounds like a spud notlob.
