I have the pieces pictured as well as a few others that I have not cleaned and that might have some wear evident in the jaws.
The Billings pieces are stamped "The Billings & Spencer Co Hartford Conn USA"
The piece in the upper-right-hand corner has no name that I could see. The odd piece in the central-lower portion of the pic is a "five minute vulcanizer" but the brand escapes me at the moment. Sorry for poor lighting. Can take more pics if there is interest.
No idea on pricing at the moment. Feel free to make an offer, meanwhile I will see what similar items have gone for. Not looking to get rich here.
