Bit holder for using SDS bits with a traditional hammer?

Anyone know of a SDS bit holder that allows you to use a good-ol swing hammer with your SDS bits?

Looks like Klein has one, but only comes as a set, and I already have the bits. Ideally it would have a large protector around the hitting surface like a target guard masonry chisel.

They are not that common but they are available. Here is one, but it is not in your neck of the woods.

I have one (not that one, I forget where I got mine) but I don't use it often. I think I only used it for an auger to make holes for planting. For anything else, I use an SDS-Plus drill.

I'm familiar with the RocPec as a tool, as I'm a climber, but didn't realize they fit an SDS bit -- great to know. Many thanks!
