Milwaulkee compact router 1/4" collet. This thing is pretty new.
The problem I'm having is the bits sticking badly in the collet. I've cleaned everything and still sticking...
What to do???

I’m not sure what up with Milwaukee collets but they all do it. The routers and die grinders. I loosen the nut then just run the collet nut up until it binds and 1/4 turn with the wrench pops it loose. It’s not a huge deal but it is annoying

What do you mean by sticking? I believe that model has a self extracting collet so you unscrew the collet nut until it goes loose and then keep unscrewing until it gets stiff again. When it goes loose the second time the bit should be free.

It’s not sticking it’s called a safety collet it was designed that way. Loosen the collet spin it out with your finger when it stops spinning turn it with the wrench works flawlessly. If it bothers you enough you can replace the collet with a non safety collet.
