The bits with cone shaped tips are countersinks, but some people use them for deburring holes too. Sometimes they have a hole in them at the tip of the bit (and a small set screw nearby) so a properly sized pilot tip can be installed to keep the bit perfectly centered in the hole when you will be deburring or countersinking a lot of holes that are the same diameter.
The long cylindrical one that is spiraled for about half the length is an end mill.
The piloted bits that are more square looking are counterbores. They are most often used to enlarge the opening of a hole and also create a flat bottom so a socket head cap screw can be installed flush with the surface instead of it sticking up.
