I'm looking for black 6x6 joist hanger. Or any sort of decorative joist hanger.
Joists I'm using are 5 1/2" wide but 5 7/8" tall so I'd prefer to not use a top flange mount type so I can set the top of the joist flush with top of the perpendicular joist it will attach to. The stock top flange types I'm finding seem to be too short.
So I think that means I'm looking for a face mount hanger.
I only need five of them so custom is not out of the question. Stock item preferred but if anyone knows an online place I can order custom from I'm willing to consider.
This is for our cabin, not for our garage, but I thought this was the best forum to ask.
