Black and Decker 10" grinder

Saved this from scrap yard today. Works and only missing 1 stone collar and glass. Any ideas of age and where to get a collar? Collar is 3.5" with 3/4" hole. Going to be a winter project here in the U.P. of Michigan

I found mine on eBay, but Etsy is starting to have some serious fabricators too.

I thought a 10 pack of machined disks for about 3x what a few stamped disks cost.

I searched for Grinder Arbor Flange or some such
