Hi, I have a Black & Decker 11/16" super-service valve refacer that I want to replace the valve grinding wheel but the wheel keeps turning as I try to loosen the center allen bolt (which is tight!!). Is there a way to lock the wheel to get the bolt loose? thanks

wrap a rubber strap wrench around the stone if you have access. If not you should be able to get the center bolt loose with an impact driver.

Mine, I can grab the opposite wheel for the valve stem side and then lose or tighten the nut on the valve surface side

Be aware that the center Allen bolt could have a left-hand thread if the rotation of the wheel would tend loosen it.
