Black & Decker Bench Grinder

Can someone identify this bench grinder for me?

Any info off the tag on the front of the grinder would be helpful.
I believe that grinder was made by Kingston-Conley, they made them for a few different companies. Lots of info about them on here and over at owwm. Someone more knowledgeable on the subject will be along shortly.

Looking at the tool rests, it looks like it was made by Van Dorn (supposedly a division of Black & Decker).

I'm interested in the year and if parts. grinding wheels etc. are readily available.

It's a Van Dorn after 1951 when Black & Decker bought the company right?
