Wow that's a great deal even if it's under powered. Great for simple jobs like plastic and wood. I've got a 12 amp Craftsman that, with a good blade, blazes though metal.

I've got that one - got it at Christmas time for 19.99. Real decent of wood, not so great on Metal. But that's what my grinder and cut-off wheel is for.

I just realized they gave me the JS515 instead of the 500k as well, it seems like its basically the same, but no case

wow im an idiot today, didnt realize the one I ordered was 4 amps. ill take the extra .5 amps over a case anyway

I had one of those. At that price it is still $7.49 over priced. It never would cut straight.

I tossed it in the trash after a couple of uses.
