Has anyone put a multitool MT362 (2x36) belt sander on one of these grinders? Did it have enough grunt? The grinder has been great, but I would like to convert it to a belt sander on one side and keep the wire wheel on the other. Looks like it has the 4 bolt pattern for the guard.

Specs are 115 Volt, 5.6/4.6 Amp, 1/3 HP. 50/60 CVC, 1 Phase. 3000/3800 RPM. USA made.

Thanks!

well i went ahead with this, works just fine. i did have to make a 3/8" spacer to fit the mounting plate though. gonna restore the grinder and make a stand now that i know it works.

I've never seen that style B&D grinder. Have any before pics?

How's that belt grinder setup working - is 1/3 hp enough power?
