Black & Decker toolbox value

Going to an auction tomorrow and really like the looks of this parts/toolbox - what do you guys think something like this is worth? I realize prices will vary and depends on how many people are interested.

That is a Lista or compairable brand box that came out of a B&D service center

Reading the thread title I was going to say "not much", seeing the picture I would say "quite a bit". Personally I would think I stole it for under $250 or so, assuming it really is the lista/vidmar it appears to be.

I agree with rsanter. I would go along with it being B+D and steal it if nobody is the wiser.
