Not really tool but walmart has wrangler jeans for $12 and goodyear tires for a good deal.

What’s the consensus on WEN? I’m in the market for a cheap planer.....been looking at grizzly......

WEN uses designs and machine dies that are no longer copyrighted.

That planer is the same exact planer as older Craftsmans, ShopFox, Cheaper Grizzly, Porter Cable, Even Harbor Freights lines. They're all built the same, almost all of them have plastic gears on the lift mechanism that will eventually fail. I had that WEN planer that I could never get tuned enough to prevent snipe.

Returned it and got an old craftsman from craigslist. Same design but the table was straighter.

For the price, these days I'd get a Cutech. If you can swing it you can get the spiral head ones which reduce snipe. But the base model straight blade is the same price as the WEN.
