I can’t help, but just gotta Wow! That’s a doozie of a compressor.

I have a bead blasting cabinet that I often use after dark, the existing 50% duty cycle craftsman runs continuously and pisses off just about everyone except me because I have earphones in. Trying to be less annoying as I age.

I get the suspicion they were offering some decent discounts to get an early start....but not advertising the black friday deals.....just yet.

Dental....have you looked at HF?

I would like to pick up a Bosch jigsaw - if anyone knows of any sales tomorrow or Monday, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Want to buy another Migmax 215 welder from harbor freight. Gave the other one to a friend for helping me with a project. Last time I think I paid $579 with 20% off. Any insight if I should bother going out there tomorrow?

Likely no deals in that size .. but good luck in the hunt. When i was looking for the same I narrowed it down to the BelAire or Ranger... went with Ranger - (7.5 HP.. 2-stage... 3-cylinder... 25CFM at 90 PSI... 80 gallon tank) - recommend that you use ⅜" air line and ⅜" fittings to get the most out of your compressor. Note that as big as what you are looking for seems they still occassionally run out of air ... for instance wide open media blasting frames

You have to dig to get the noise specs for compressors. I had a Sears compressor that my wife bought me years ago, and it was so loud that I could not be in the same building with it. I checked it out and it was over 100 dB. I returned it. Then I ordered an Eaton 3 cylinder compressor that is about 70 dB. What a difference. It cost quite a bit, but it has only needed one new gasket which they sent me for free.

If you want quiet and high output, go with a rotary screw-type compressor... worth it as you never run out of air... IR makes one, 125 PSI at 7.5 HP with an 80 gallon tank. At 5 large and change its not cheap, but by god they're awesome... and you can get them set up for single phase 230, which makes it just that much better if you don't have 3 phase power...
