In case you're interested, here are the tool deal lists I made from several retailer's Black Friday 2014 ads:

Home Depot
Lowes
Sears
Ace

This is always a pain in the **** to do, but I hate having to dig through sales flyers, ad scans, and black friday deal sites' bloated pages when I'm in-store or when ads go live on Turkey Day.

Hopefully you'll find this helpful.

Any suggestions on what can make the lists more useful? I tried to make them mobile-friendly for easier in-store reference.

Wish you had made it sooner :). I already went through all those black friday online ads. While all the while all I wanted to look at was the tools they had. This is much appreciated.

I usually make 'em as soon as ad flyers are leaked or released to the web.

Way easier to browse. Thank you

(Wish there were some better deals though)

i would ad a small blurb about what you (being a tool guy) consider to be a good deal or not also. to help the guys out who don't get to spend more than a few hours checking ads out before sale season starts.

i found myself at work pretty much playing rep for tool companies because the other guys had no idea how or where to find good deals on tool sets this season.

I might try to do that next year by bolding the better deals. But I generally also post about the better deals separately. That way the "why" is fully discussed.

You're welcome!

It's a pain to do, but then I also enjoy the benefits later. For example, I couldn't remember if it's Home Depot or Lowes that has Rayovac batteries on sale. Quick search of page for "Rayo" and it comes up.
