Great setup. I finished running mine in 3/4 black pipe about 9 months ago. It is great to finally have enough air in the shop. My next step is a line back to the shed were I have a vise stuck in the ground for the really dirty work.

Something you may want to consider instead of a frazanator is a simple after cooler plumbed in before the tank. I just picked one up from Zoro for ~$135 (w/ 30% off). Good for 400psi and 25cfm I think. I'm going to mount it opposite the flywheel on my Quincy 325 so it gets airflow without adding a second fan. I know a few people here have used transmission coolers with electric fans.

I cant find it at Zoro do you have an item number?

Sorry, I actually got some time to go into the shop! The Zoro part number is G3188306. I was wrong about both the psi and cfm: 250 psi & 60 CFM

Nice install 600, I really like the white walls also and helps brighten the work environment up. When I did the drops on mine I noticed that after opening them a few times they started to stain my walls so I added a piece of PVC after the ball valve all the way to the floor, so no more stains.

Currently traveling will be the shop next Thursday and will post pictures at that time. My utubes are fabricated from 3/4" cu pipe and elbows. Will be clearer later.

Black iron works well in commercial application and would be more cost effective than cu. I don't have the tools to work with it so used something I could fab.

Thanks it does seam kind of small for an air to air heat exchanger especially without a fan. Let me know how it works and can you feel a noticeable temp difference between the in let and outlet fittings when touching them with your hand.

I am hoping to start the install this weekend. I will put some pics with before and after temp readings here if you like. I just need to find my temp gauge.

In the meantime, could I PM you a really, really stupid R107 question?
