Black Sears Companion Screwdriver

Hi, at my latest trip to the local Habitat Store, one of my purchases is a Companion-branded slotted screwdriver. It has a black handle with white writing. Part number 41340 with a "N WF" code. The Companion name is in script. Does anyone know what years these were offered by Sears? And I am assuming they are made in USA by Western Forge. Is that correct?

Companion tools ran from the late 1980s up to 2008 when they were discontinued. Western Forge did make the screwdrivers but they were certainly the lowest economy brand offered at the time.
