Hello, if this is in the wrong place I apologize, I have a black hawk 2 ton floor jack, it’s full of fresh jack oil, it leaks down slowly, Should I tear it apart and do a O-ring repair kit or seal kit for this model, do you have a part number for me, thank you

My guess would be the bypass valve screw loosened up over the years. It is probably something else if it slowly leaks down with the minimal weight you added in the pictures. If you added fluid, I assume it leaks fluid on the floor?

Here is a parts breakdown for your jack:

Over the years, I've owned a number of hydraulic jacks. Almost all hydraulic jack leaks or malfunctions can be traced back to the o-rings in the hydraulic cylinder. In terms of repair costs, the actual parts are typically under $10, but the repair time is lengthy because you will need to disassemble the jack's hydraulic cylinder, if possible, to determine which o-ring or rings are leaking and replace them. After that, refill and bleed. If it's an old jack from before 1990, you might be able to repair it. The most important thing to remember is that you should don't ever trust a hydraulic jack that lacks mechanical lockup, which nearly all lower-end models lack.
