Blackhawk down! Ratcheting wrench jammed / broken

So I picked this up today, price was right (free). I was wondering if anyone knew if they can be repaired or how they come apart. Or am I now stuck with an overly fat plain ole combination wrench?

The reversing lever is broken off, and the ratchet mechanism is jammed.

I second on the sending it in as a MAC truck may not have a Blackhawk tool in stock and sending it in is faster.
