Blackhawk flex head ratchet ?

Picked this today, can't find info on the date this may have been made. Any info would help and any idea on a value. Works great. Thanks.

That is the Kilness patent ratchet made by New Britain Machine. They were being made when I worked there in in 1972 / 1973. Alloy artifacts says they were made from 1961 until the company closed

But then he wouldnt be able to sell it outside of the classified section

Value depends on the where.
Up this way they're about 8 bucks at a used tool store, 5 at the flea market.
