Blackhawk headlight aiming system

Just picked these up for my 57 wagon-with instructions. So when I get her on the road I will aim her headlights correctly. Anyone used this before?

Used a different brand when I was in school but they all operate the same way. I've aimed a lot of headlights since by simply using the most level spot on my shop floor and the wall twenty feet away.
