I had a couple jacks tore down, it's not models that I rebuild a lot so I placed a order for a couple seal kits. I ordered the parts one Aug 6, never received confirmation that they shipped, a week passed so I called them to get confirmation. I received a tracking number, checked the number and the package hadn't moved for a few days. I decided to give it a couple days to see if it would catch up to this system, fast forward a week with no change I called them again. I was reassured that they would look into the situation and call me back... Well that phone call never happened so after 3 days of calling them every day with promises that my call would be returned, I finally received a call today. I was basically told that I would need to "purchase" replacements and after they where made whole from USPS they would refund my money... Good luck with that.
I normally always buy from Hydraulic parts supply (signature) but decided to essentially spread a little money around the industry that is probably suffering, Big mistake. I should have stuck with old reliable.... The kicker is that the parts where more expensive thru Blackhawk Parts.... Stupid me, Never again.
