I picked a portopower a couple of weeks ago and cannot find the USA website (if there is one). I have googled and found the european site(s) but cannot find the US website. I thought they were owned by Snap-on but they dont show up under there links.

Does anybody know the web address??

I have been unsuccessful in determining just who owns the Blackhawk Automotive entity these days.

I have seen some tool and equipment ads which list the affiliation as Proto/Blackhawk.

They are a division of Shinn-fu America.

They produce most of the hydraulic jacks and equipment sold in the US. Their brands include Omega, Hein-Werner, Porto-Power, and private label for Snap-On, Mac, Matco, Craftsman, Cornwell, etc.

OTC and Enerpac are the only two companies that still build their own hydraulic body repair equipment

Shinn-Fu bought Porto-Power around 10 years ago. Prior to that there were 3 sizes of couplers used to keep the 4ton, 10ton, and 20ton components seperated. Now, the 4ton and 10ton sets use the same coupler. I found this out when I was using my Blue-Point 4ton set and my Craftsman 10ton set to straighten the side rail of my dump trailer. Shinn-fu will sell you parts directly if you don't have a local repair center available.
