Blackhawk S13

My coworker brought this in today and i`m gunna try and snag it to add to the S4 and the SJ -18 i already have, like i need more ****.

It works partially which brings up the next question oil fill .
If i get it i'll change the oil, just not sure where the fill port is.

Also does anybody have a top plate for a S4?

I hope you get it.
the jack I restored was a S13 and the fill hole is on the ram on the top under the cover
