I've looked through the floor jack thread and several other places, but can't seem to find any clear photos of the screws that hold the T-handle onto the long tube. Mine came with hex head bolts and I discovered a couple nights ago that one is too long and pressing against the release rod, which explains why it has always felt like it was binding. I think I could make out oval head, flat blade screws in one photo, but it was a little blurry. The holes on the tube on mine are quite a bit bigger than the bolt that goes through it, and I don't know if that's the way they were made or if it's damage from somebody monkeying with it.

This has long gone cold, but I have the same issue with one that came with common hex head bolts. Looks like 5/16-18 countersunk screws from the holes.

Mine has been sitting like that since I took that picture. I have a Walker that I use most of the time so the s4 is mostly decoration these days. I do want to get those screws in it though. Now being able to zinc plate stuff, I might be more inclined to make them.

Finally got a chance to do some reading on it, and found this in another thread. These are apparently Philips versions of the original slotted screws that just need shortening a bit. From Lowes of all places...
