I inherited my S4 from my grandfather through my dad. I remember playing with it 50+ years ago. A few months ago I replaced the bulb in the light(yes, it still has the lens on) put 2 "C" batteries in the handle and it lit up! This floor jack has been a part of my life since about 1959 and this was this the first time I have seen the light work.
By the way, I wouldn't depend on the light emitted to save my life or find a pot of gold or anything important. Zeke

Are you sure that blue jack is an S4
Here is the one I just picked up this month and it is an S13
They are two ton jacks, shorter than the S4
