hi,just got a blackhawk s4 jack given to me.clean it up.changed oil in it(looked like motor oil)can,t get to bleed air out or jack up

Big question? Did it work before you "Changed the oil" and "Cleaned it up"?

yes,it would raise but would not lower.just washed&change oil,i,ll get pics later,thanks glen
