I purchased a Blackhawk SJ-3 that seems pretty complete. I am not understanding the adjustment and the compression spring and was hoping someone can help me out? Everything seems fine but the jack doesn't function. There was a repair done to the arm that compresses the spring, I hope the pictures come through. Pistons are working, jack oil is full. I will order a rebuild kit if that is the determination, but I felt I better ask for some advice first. Thank you.
