My dad recently picked up this jack at a yard sale and offered it to me for $50. It is in great condition and works great also. I don't need it, but I am thinking it would be a fun jack to restore if it is worth it. Can anybody give me any information on these jacks, what they are worth, when they were built, etc.?

I'd leave it exactly as is. I'd be over the moon if someone dropped this off at my house as a gift. They tend to sell between 100-150 bucks in working order. At least that's the price point around here if you can find one.

If you don't want it feel free to gift it to me for 50 bucks. :)

Agreed with above. That jack is in remarkable original shape. IMHO, that jack is a working tool that will potentially become a collectors item in the future. The most I would do is change the hydraulic oil, clean the exterior of grime, and oil/grease exterior moving parts.

I would totally get that for $50. That is probably the nicest original one I have seen
