I found the following Blackhawk socket sets on Grainger's website for super cheap:

1/2" drive 12pt 10pc metric deep socket set: $17.63

https://www.grainger.com/product/BLACKHAWK-BY-PROTO-Socket-Set-3XE72

1/2" drive 12pt 10pc metric standard socket set: $11.28

https://www.grainger.com/product/BLACKHAWK-BY-PROTO-Socket-Set-3XE67

3/8" drive 6pt 8 piece SAE deep socket set: $7.98

https://www.grainger.com/product/BLACKHAWK-BY-PROTO-Socket-Set-3XE58

1/4" drive 6pt 7 piece SAE deep socket set: $5.82

https://www.grainger.com/product/BLACKHAWK-BY-PROTO-Socket-Set-3XE45

I thought all of these were pretty good deals. When I talked to one of the guys at the local Grainger branch a few days ago, they said that Grainger was no longer going to carry Blackhawk tools any longer and were clearancing them out. There are quite a few other decent deals on Blackhawk tools on their website.

Fine print says that they are not allowed to sell these sets in China or Taiwan, so if it isnt a serious cover your *** typo could be USA COO

FWIW, Grainger's website list the COO for two of the sets as US and two as "not available". I put the part numbers for those two in the Blackhawk website and it lists the COO as US also. I haven't seen a Blackhawk socket with anything other than US as COO.

I ordered one of each at 3pm CST, and waited for a confirmation email. Had not arrived by 5pm CST, so I called and got one of the best customer service ladies, ever. Since the 3xE67 was out of stock and discontinued and my order broken by that, it was good that I called.

No more stock of this item:
1/2" drive 12pt 10pc metric standard socket set: $11.28

https://www.grainger.com/product/BLA...cket-Set-3XE67

The other items are in very short supply, she told me less than 3 units of the 3xE45, so if you are hesitating, don't. They are being discontinued by Grainger, no reason given.

Just got my confirmation email - good to go, thanks to WV Railroader!!

I got a confirmation email earlier, so I should get all four. You are welcome! It's time I help someone else spend their hard earned money - this Hot Deals thread helps me spend enough of mine :lol_hitti

Was going to order two sets of each but decided against it. I recently ordered two sets of the 299 piece Craftsman USA for $480. Pretty proud of myself to refrain from purchasing! LOL

Got some of those as well. Not bad considering they go for $40 +/-

Got the 1/4 sockets today, USA made along with the rail for those of you that care.

I received my order late yesterday (Great service Grainger's !!) and got them opened and stowed away this morning. All USA made, stamped and look to be first rate, even included the rails for each set.

I could use a 3eX67 set, as they were out when I ordered mine. Or other sets, if there were more than WV Rr posted.
