Does anyone know the COO of Blackhawk Thin Profile Ratchets?

are you talking about the round heads?

If yes, I've seen wrappers with made in Taiwan and Italy versions.

I have roundheads that are Taiwan. I also have Blackhawk 72 tooth that are the same as the older Carlyle (among several others) that are also Taiwan. Both decent ratchet designs for the very low prices I paid.
